Food Protection Manager: Recommended but not required. Please check AAA Food Handler Training School's (AAAFHTS) Certified Professional Food Safety Manager (CPFSM), Convenience Store Food Safety Manager (CSFSM), and Grocery Store Food Safety Manager (GSFSM) programs for details.

Food Handlers: Required - must take an approved ANSI/ASTM 2659 course. Please click the Basic Food Handler (BFH) link to get certified now.

Exceptions: None.

Manager Training Hours: Recommended but not required. AAAFHTS offers engaging and complete online as well as DVD video training series to help prepare for your Food Safety Manager certification examination.
